Cheat Menu
At the Main Menu press L1, L1, R1, R1, SQUARE, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE. There won`t be a confirmation sound, but when you go to the options menu while playing the cheats will appear at the bottom.
Unlock Extreme Difficulty
Complete the game on Hard
